Directions To Berkshire Cycle





















From The Greenfield Area:
Route 2 East (Mohawk Trail) to Shelburne, approximately 11 miles. You will be close to the Bridge of Flowers in Shelburne Falls Center. Right turn onto Route 112 South (Ashfield Road) after the under pass. Go past Mohawk Trail Regional High School through the town of Buckland. You will pass Frank LaBelle’s Sales and Service Power Equipment on the right, Apple Valley Gun Works up the hill to Ashfield. You will continue on Route 112 into Goshen, past Good Time Stove Company, I.M.A.(Institute for the Musical arts), and the D.A.R State Forest to the end of Route 112 which is approximately 20 miles from Route 2. Take a Left onto Route 9 East 1 mile through the center of Goshen past the Goshen General Store and US Post Office then Right onto South Main Street. Then take 2nd right onto South Chesterfield Road. Travel 1 mile then left onto Hyde Hill Road and we are on the right after the road turns to dirt #24

From The Springfield Area:
Route 91N. to Northampton/Amherst Exit 19. At the end of the ramp you will proceed straight through the lights which intersects route 9 east (Calvin Coolidge Bridge) and west (Downtown Northampton) and will put you on Damon Road. About 1 mile to the next set of lights will intersect routes 5&10 north (Hatfield) and south (Holyoke) D’Angelos and the Pride gas station (landmarks). Go straight through the lights now you are on Bridge Road. You will proceed approximately 3 miles to the end. You will have gone through 2 more sets of lights and would need to have passed Fitzgerald Fence Co. and JFK Middle School. You should now be at the end of Bridge Road intersecting Route 9 east (Florence) and west (Williamsburg). You will take a Right turn onto Route 9West Williamsburg and Cummington. Across the street will be Look Park. If you set your trip meter to zero you will travel 8.8 miles west through Leeds past the V.A.Hospital, up the hill to a little town called Haydenville, past a pub called McFadden’s Pub into a town called Williamsburg. When the road corners to the left in the center of Williamsburg there is a brewery on the left called The Brew Masters Tavern. From there you will still proceed on Rout 9 west out of town. You will pass Bacons Equipment/Kubota, JMS Auto Parts then Pats Feed &Liquor Store and Hyde Hill Road on the left (PLEASE DO NOT TAKE THIS WAY VERY BUMPY DIRT ROAD) keep heading on Route 9 another 3miles through the woods towards the town of Goshen. You will pass George Propane ½ mile up, Take a left onto South Main Street up the hill and at the top take a left onto South Chesterfield Road. Go 1 mile to Hyde Hill Road which will be on the left ,(up hill again). We will be the 1st house on right after dirt roads begins. Yellow house #24 Hyde Hill Road

Alternative Directions:
Find your own way to Goshen. Take S. Main St to S. Chesterfield Road and take a left onto Hyde Hill Road. We're the first house on the right after the dirt road begins.
